Entry and Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Cash. Minimum 18 years of age with valid photo I.D. required for entry. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian of at least 21 years of age. Liability Waivers must be completed by all guests and visitors. One waiver form per married couple or domestic partnership. One waiver form per individual. Rates and fees are subject to change. $100 bills (cash) cannot be accepted please make change before arrival.
Day Pass / Grounds Fee
This is not a 24 hour pass, it only permits use of the resort from opening until sunset.
AANR/TNS Member: $35 for Individual, $40 Couple/Domestic Partnership
Non-AANR/TNS: $50 Couple/Domestic Partnership or $40 for Single male (if a single male, insure you read ground rules) and $40 for a single female. Access granted during regular Offie Hours:
Overnight and extended stay fees
Daily RV and Tent Camping incur a Day Pass Fee per day, Deposit Requirements apply (see below)
Natural Tent Camping: $20 per night (primitive) $25 per night With Electricity/Water - both incur Day Pass fee per day. Deposit reservation $20 Natural, $25 With Water/Electric per night. (with 7 night stay, 1 night free)
RV Spot: $40 per night - both incur Day Pass fee per day. Reservation deposit of $25 per night (7 nights straight, 1 night free)
Longer Term RV Spot (30 Days Max): $775/30 days with $400 Deposit (pre-booking required) and $150 electric per 30 days.
Lake House Rooms: 1Bed $99+Tax/night 2Bed $159+tax/night - both with $75 Deposit/night plus tax per/night requirement. (with 7 night stay, 1 night free)
Lake House Suite $249 per night+tax, weekend minimum 2 nights. Deposit reservation $100 (with 7 night stay, 1 night free)
Clubhouse Suite: $349/night+tax. Minimum 2 nights on weekend. Deposit reservation $150 per night. (with 7 night stay, 1 night free)

Note: Room, RV and Tent check-out is 11am the following day. Remaining on resort past 11:30am requires paying for another Day Pass. If departing before office opens, place key in drop-box outside office. Advance booking required for weekends, holidays, events and during high-season.
deposit requirements
Highly recommended for overnight bookings
100% deposit payment is required if guests will arrive outside of regular office hours
Deposits are refundable with at least a 48-hours cancellation notice for events it may be longer
Deposits made via credit card are refundable to the same card.
Deposits made via debit card, check or cash are refundable via check.
Credit may be given for a future booking (less than 48 hours notice) at our discretion
All credits expire on the last of the year they were issued
Email reservations require your follow up and make the required deposit.
We will give away a reservation without the required deposit
Special Events (E.g. Memorial, July 4th, Labor Day) will require paying an additional event fee and a 2 night minimum when booking Lake House rooms.
Resident rv lots
10% reduced rate for 6 months in advance, and 15% for 7 months in advance. Reservation Security Deposit of $300 required upon request for a known location. Once accepted as resident, $150 is allocated to rent, and the remaining $150 is held as a long term security deposit (refundable on leaving resort when balance is cleared).
Village RV Spots - $495 (rent only), $670 (rent and membership), $820 (rent, membership and electric)
Woods RV Spots - $550 (rent only), $720 (rent and membership), $870 (rent, membership and electric)
